It connects communities, businesses, and recyclers across the UAE emirates to buy, sell, and track waste materials.

AlKhiidma works in three steps: Collect (users submit recyclable materials and waste through the platform), Connect (AlKhiidma links materials to the right recyclers, creators, or recovery channels), and Transform (waste is repurposed into new value through circular and sustainable solutions).

AlKhiidma is fully bilingual in English and Arabic. You can switch between EN and Arabic at any time, and your preference is saved for future visits.

Yes. The AlKhiidma blog shares insights on recycling, the circular economy, and turning waste into value across the UAE. Articles are available in both English and Arabic.

You can browse active listings across all UAE emirates without signing in. Filter by emirate, category, and price range, sort by newest, price, or quantity, and switch between grid and list views. To message sellers or request pickups, you must sign in.

Buyers and sellers message each other through the platform. Signed-in buyers can view seller contact details and send messages on listing pages, and sellers can view buyer pickup requests. AlKhiidma facilitates the connection but does not arrange logistics.

No. Browsing the marketplace is free and does not require an account. To message a seller or request a pickup you need to sign in, but there is no fee to contact a seller or to buy. Sellers pay only to promote a listing.

Posting a listing is a 4-step process: 1) Choose a material category and add a listing title and pickup location; 2) Add material details (quantity, unit, description, and pickup window); 3) Set your asking price per unit; 4) Review the listing and choose a promotion package to publish. You must add at least one photo and pay a package fee to publish. Saving a draft is free.

Four optional trust badges, AED 30 each: Source Verified (material origin is documented), Quality Graded (material grade has been assessed), Pre-Sorted (separated and ready for processing), and Bulk Available (recurring or large volumes on offer).

Signing up and creating listings are free. You only pay when you publish a listing. Payment covers your chosen base package (Starter, Featured, or Premium) plus any optional add-ons and badges. Base package prices scale with your listing's total value (price per unit times quantity), starting from AED 99. All prices exclude 5% VAT, which is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely via MyFatoorah.

Three base packages: Starter gives 30 days live, 1 refresh; Featured (recommended) gives 30 days live, 7 days featured, 2 refreshes; Premium gives 60 days live, 14 days featured, 4 refreshes. Base package prices scale with your listing's total value (price per unit times quantity), starting at AED 99 (Starter), AED 249 (Featured), and AED 449 (Premium) for listings up to AED 25k and rising in higher value bands. You can also add Premium add-ons (7 days for AED 110 or 14 days for AED 160) and trust badges (AED 30 each) for more visibility. All prices exclude 5% VAT.

Payments go through MyFatoorah's secure checkout. The system calculates the subtotal (package + add-ons + badges), applies any discount code, then adds 5% VAT. You can cancel and retry payment at any time, and your listing stays a draft until payment succeeds.

Yes. Enter a discount code in the order summary at checkout. The system validates it and applies the discount to your subtotal before 5% VAT is calculated.

On AlKhiidma you pay only for listing promotion, securely via MyFatoorah. Payment for the material itself, and the terms of that payment, are arranged directly between the buyer and the seller once contact is unlocked. Always agree terms in writing before any transfer.

Sign up with your full name, work email, a password (minimum 8 characters), phone number, and your emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, or Umm Al Quwain). Choose an account type: seller, buyer, or both. You can also sign up with a Google account.

Three account types: Seller (list materials and receive offers), Buyer (source verified material streams), or Both (trade in either direction). You pick this at signup and can manage listings, messages, and ESG impact across the platform.

Yes. You can continue with Google on both the login and signup pages as an alternative to email and password.

Yes. AlKhiidma uses KYC-verified counterparties. Traders are vetted before trading. Listings also display verified buyer and seller badges to indicate trusted participants.

Yes. To delete your account and associated data, email support@alkhiidma.ae with your request.

No. AlKhiidma is the marketplace only. Collection, transport, timing, and their costs are negotiated directly between buyer and seller. AlKhiidma does not arrange haulage or act as a carrier.

No. Listing prices are for the material only. Collection, transport, timing, and their costs are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller after you connect on the listing. AlKhiidma is the marketplace and does not arrange haulage.

AlKhiidma has an audit-ready ESG Dashboard that tracks sustainability metrics: Total Waste Diverted (tons), CO2 Emissions Saved (about 0.48 tCO2e per ton diverted), Recycling Rate, Buyer Members, and a Category Breakdown. It shows monthly waste-diversion trends and CO2 saved by material category, updated from live platform data.
