AlKhiidma platform terms

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AlKhiidma, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AlKhiidma on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
2. The service
AlKhiidma is a B2B marketplace that lets verified businesses in the United Arab Emirates list, discover, and transact recyclable waste materials. AlKhiidma is the platform — it is not a party to any transaction between a seller and a buyer. AlKhiidma does not provide, arrange, broker, or insure logistics, transport, collection, or delivery; those services are solely between members.
3. Listings and transactions
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including the description, quantity, photos, asking price, and pickup details. Buyers are responsible for verifying suitability and compliance before agreeing to purchase or pickup.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not list hazardous materials that require licensed disposal, post misleading information, harass other members, or use the platform to circumvent UAE waste-management regulations. AlKhiidma may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Account and data
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. AlKhiidma stores listing data and chat history on encrypted MongoDB Atlas clusters. You may request a full export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@khiidma.ae.
6. Liability
AlKhiidma provides the platform on an “as-is” basis. To the extent permitted by UAE law, AlKhiidma is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a transaction between members.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced through your in-app inbox at least 14 days before they take effect.
