Verification and KYC Policy

6.1 Purpose
Alkhiidma is committed to operating a safe, compliant, and trustworthy marketplace. This Policy sets out the Company's requirements for User identity verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
6.2 Legal Framework
This Policy is informed by and aligned with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism; Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019 on the Executive Regulation of the AML Law; and Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data.
6.3 Required Documentation
For Companies
Companies must provide a valid UAE trade licence or equivalent jurisdiction licence; a certificate of incorporation or equivalent founding document; a memorandum and articles of association; an Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) declaration; authorised signatory documentation; and Emirates ID of all authorised signatories.
For Individual Authorised Representatives
Individuals must provide a valid Emirates ID (front and back); a current passport copy; and proof of authority in the form of a power of attorney or certified board resolution.
6.4 Verification Process
The Company may conduct verification using third-party identity verification providers. By registering on the Platform, Users consent to the processing of their documentation for verification purposes. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time; suspend or restrict access pending satisfactory verification; and reject or terminate accounts where verification cannot be completed.
6.5 Ongoing Monitoring
The Company reserves the right to conduct periodic re-verification of User credentials. Users must promptly notify the Company of any material changes to their business structure, ownership, or regulatory status.
6.6 Confidentiality
All KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and approved third-party processors.
