Seller Terms

5.1 Application

These Seller Terms apply to all Users listing, selling, offering, exchanging, or otherwise making materials available to Buyers through the Platform ("Sellers"). They supplement and must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Listing Obligations

Sellers must ensure that all listings:

• are accurate, complete, and not misleading;
• accurately describe the nature, condition, specification, quantity, and location of materials;
• do not include Prohibited Materials as defined in the Prohibited Materials Policy;
• comply with all applicable UAE laws including environmental, trade, and hazardous materials regulations;
• include only materials to which the Seller holds clear title or lawful authority to sell; and
• are updated promptly to reflect any material change in availability, condition, or specification.

5.3 Representations and Warranties

By listing materials, each Seller represents and warrants that it holds all necessary UAE trade licences and permits for the sale and transfer of the listed materials; the materials comply with applicable UAE environmental, safety, and trade regulations; it is not subject to any sanctions, export restrictions, or regulatory prohibitions; the listing does not infringe any third-party rights; and all KYC and verification documentation provided to the Company is accurate and current.

5.4 Pricing

Sellers set listing prices independently. The Company does not fix, recommend, or guarantee any price and bears no responsibility for pricing decisions. Sellers must not engage in price-fixing, collusion, or anti-competitive conduct.

5.5 Transaction Completion

Sellers are responsible for all aspects of transaction completion, including communications with Buyers, inspection arrangements, and logistics. The Company bears no responsibility for failed, incomplete, or disputed transactions.

5.6 Environmental and Regulatory Compliance

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials listed and transferred comply with applicable UAE environmental laws, waste management regulations, and sector-specific requirements. The Company does not provide environmental compliance advice or assurance of any kind.

5.7 Indemnification

The Seller indemnifies the Company against all claims, losses, and expenses arising from the Seller's listings, materials, transactions, or breach of these Seller Terms or applicable law.
