12.1 Disputes Between Users
Alkhiidma is a technology intermediary and is not a party to transactions between Users. The Company has no obligation to adjudicate or resolve disputes between Users. Users acknowledge this and agree to resolve disputes directly and in good faith.
12.2 Facilitation
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without obligation or liability, facilitate communication between disputing Users. Requests may be directed to disputes@alkhiidma.com. Any such facilitation does not constitute arbitration, mediation, or binding dispute resolution, and the Company accepts no liability for its outcome.
12.3 Disputes with Alkhiidma
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Platform policy, including non-contractual obligations, shall be resolved as follows. The parties shall first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation for thirty (30) calendar days from written notice of the dispute. If unresolved, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts pursuant to the jurisdiction clause in section 1.18 of the Terms and Conditions.
12.4 Language
All dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties or required by applicable law.
