7. Acceptable Use Policy

7.1 Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards of conduct required of all Users. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and may be referred to relevant UAE authorities.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent and Deceptive Activities

Users must not create false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or accounts; misrepresent the nature, quality, quantity, or compliance status of materials; engage in payment fraud or identity fraud; or impersonate any person, company, or authority.

Illegal Activities

Users must not list, trade, or handle Prohibited Materials; facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorism financing; violate UAE environmental, trade, or customs laws; or engage in unlicensed waste management or materials trading.

Platform Integrity

Users must not use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access Platform data without written consent; attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload Platform systems; introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code; or circumvent security, authentication, or access controls.

Harmful Conduct

Users must not harass, threaten, or abuse other Users; post false, defamatory, or harmful content; or violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

7.3 Consequences

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of access rights, and referral to UAE law enforcement authorities, including under UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 on Combating Cybercrimes (as amended).
