Intellectual Property Policy

8.1 Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, source code, algorithms, APIs, databases, design, trademarks, brand names, logos, text, graphics, and audiovisual content, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected under Federal Decree Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights and Federal Law No. 11 of 2021 on the Regulation and Protection of Industrial Property Rights. No intellectual property rights are transferred to any User.

8.2 Limited User Licence

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants each User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for legitimate B2B marketplace purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 User Content Licence

By submitting User Content, Users grant the Company the licence described in the Terms and Conditions. Users retain ownership of their User Content but acknowledge the Company's right to use such content for Platform operations.

8.4 Prohibited Activities

Users must not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform IP without written consent; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; use Platform trademarks or branding without prior written authorisation; or create derivative works based on Platform IP.

8.5 Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to ip@alkhiidma.com including a description of the claimed infringement and the basis of your ownership. The Company will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law.
