Content and Posting Guidelines

9.1 Content Standards
All content posted on the Platform, including material listings, descriptions, images, and communications, must be factually accurate and not misleading; contain all material information necessary for an informed transaction; comply with UAE law and not advertise or facilitate illegal activity; be free from defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or offensive material; and not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
9.2 Listing Requirements
Material listings must include at a minimum: an accurate description of material type and specification; an honest assessment of condition and grade; accurate quantity information; the geographic location for collection; the relevant compliance or regulatory status, including hazardous materials classification where applicable; and any applicable certifications or test results.
9.3 Prohibited Content
Users must not post false or misleading listings; listings for Prohibited Materials; spam or unsolicited commercial communications; content infringing third-party intellectual property; defamatory or harmful content; content violating UAE data protection law; or unsubstantiated environmental or sustainability claims.
9.4 Sustainability Claims
Any sustainability claims made in listings must be accurate, substantiated, and capable of independent verification. The Company reserves the right to remove listings containing unsubstantiated environmental claims. Please refer to the ESG and Sustainability Disclaimer.
9.5 Moderation
The Company reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content at its discretion, without notice and without liability. Removal of content does not waive the Company's right to take further action for any underlying breach.
