14.1 Nature of the Platform
Alkhiidma provides a marketplace platform enabling businesses to engage in material recovery, reuse, recycling, and repurposing activities. The Platform may include content, features, and tools related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and sustainability reporting.
14.2 User Responsibility for Claims
All sustainability, environmental, and ESG claims made by Users in their listings, profiles, or communications are the sole responsibility of those Users. The Company does not verify, certify, validate, or endorse any sustainability or ESG claims made by Users. The Company does not warrant that any material listed as recycled, recovered, reused, or repurposed meets any specific sustainability standard or certification. The Company does not guarantee that any transaction produces positive environmental outcomes and does not provide environmental compliance assurance or regulatory certification of any kind.
14.3 Regulatory Compliance
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all sustainability and environmental claims comply with applicable UAE law, including regulations governing green marketing claims, environmental labelling, and ESG disclosures. Unsubstantiated environmental claims may constitute a misleading commercial practice under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
14.4 Platform ESG Tools
Any sustainability reporting tools or ESG analytics features offered by the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute regulatory compliance tools, verified environmental assessments, or externally certified sustainability reports. Users must not represent Platform-generated ESG data as independently verified or certified.
14.5 Forward-Looking Statements
Any forward-looking sustainability statements appearing on the Platform are aspirational and subject to change. They do not constitute guarantees or representations of future environmental performance.
